These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (&#8220;User,&#8221; &#8220;Pet Owner,&#8221; &#8220;Vendor,&#8221; or &#8220;Caretaker&#8221;) and the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-31680c1b\">1. Description of Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-9af2b2d6\">The Platform acts as an elite, curated marketplace connecting pet owners with third-party professionals, service providers, and independent vendors (collectively, &#8220;Vendors&#8221;) who offer luxury pet services including, but not limited to, Boarding, Pet Nanny care, Veterinary wellness, Training courses, and Lifestyle Adventures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-d900d93c\">The Platform facilitates booking, communications, and secure payment processing. However, the Platform does not directly provide the pet services itself and is not a party to the direct service agreements formed between Pet Owners and Vendors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-882e2297\">2. User Accounts &amp; Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Age Requirement:<\/strong> You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book\/provide services on this Platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Account Accuracy:<\/strong> You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Security:<\/strong> You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-eb55e583\">3. Terms for Pet Owners<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pet Profiles:<\/strong> Pet Owners must provide honest, highly accurate information regarding their pet\u2019s health, vaccinations, behavior, and medical history.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Behavioral Disclosure:<\/strong> If a pet has a history of aggression, extreme separation anxiety, or specialized medical requirements, this <em>must<\/em> be explicitly disclosed prior to booking any service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medical Emergencies:<\/strong> In the event of a medical emergency while a pet is under a Vendor\u2019s care, the Vendor will make reasonable efforts to contact the Pet Owner. If unreachable, the Pet Owner authorizes the Vendor and the Platform to seek necessary veterinary care at the Pet Owner&#8217;s expense.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-3812efdf\">4. Terms for Service Vendors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Verification &amp; Licensing:<\/strong> Vendors represent and warrant that they possess all necessary certifications, operational licenses, permits, and insurance required by local regulations to perform their listed pet services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Standard of Care:<\/strong> Vendors agree to deliver a premium, high-quality, and safe environment for all pets entrusted to them, adhering to the specific guidelines, feeding schedules, and routines requested by the Pet Owner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Independent Contractor Status:<\/strong> Vendors operate as independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or joint-venturers of the Platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-52c2ba8b\">5. Bookings, Fees, and Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Payment Processing:<\/strong> All payments for bookings are securely processed through our certified third-party payment gateways. Pet Owners agree to pay all listed fees, including applicable service taxes or marketplace convenience fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vendor Payouts:<\/strong> Market payouts to Vendors are handled according to the specific vendor payout schedule, minus the standard platform marketplace commission, once a booked service is verified as successfully completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellations &amp; Refunds:<\/strong> Cancellations by either Pet Owners or Vendors are subject to our standardized Marketplace Cancellation Policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable standard window.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-1fc112f5\">6. Prohibited Conduct<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-a5b16245\">Users agree <strong>not<\/strong> to engage in any of the following restricted actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bypassing the Platform\u2019s booking or payment system to arrange pet services directly with a user met through the platform (off-platform disintermediation).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posting fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or misleading content, reviews, or service descriptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using the Platform for any illegal purposes or to mistreat, neglect, or endanger any animal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-7929eec7\">7. Limitation of Liability &amp; Indemnification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>As-Is Basis:<\/strong> The Platform is provided on an &#8220;as-is&#8221; and &#8220;as-available&#8221; basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Liability Cap:<\/strong> To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from vendor-client disputes, bodily injury to pets or humans, property damage, or service cancellations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Indemnification:<\/strong> You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, its directors, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or your pet&#8217;s behavior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-751ca538\">8. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c02dfe66\">All content, branding, UI designs, graphics, code, and text displayed on this Platform are the exclusive property of the Platform or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
